I’m Supporting Second Hand September

This September, it seems Oxfam are trying to make ‘second hand’ on trend. Ironically in the same month as London Fashion Week, they are asking people to say no to new clothes for 30 days and shop second hand, taking the pledge for Second Hand September. On their website, they state that every week, 11 million items of clothing end up in landfill. Throwaway fashion is putting increasing pressure on our planet and its people - it’s unsustainable. It’s also ridiculously shocking.
